Day 4 – 2pm

Went for a run this morning; that went all fine. Got back and felt really ‘full’ tried bowel movement and very little apart from air. I have decided not to push/strain although it is so, so tempting to clear the uncomfortable feeling. Another bath, soothing and after having some brunch I finally had some meaningful bowel movement; nothing major but pleasantly relieving. Stings like hell but it is better than feeling you are going to explode.

Very little blood now – I hope that’s a good sign.

Getting really impatient. I need to be on top of everything on Tuesday and have a busy week ahead of me from then onwards. Grr – backside hurry up and get better please…

Day 4 – 2pm

Back from my run

Went for a 5km run. I was about 5% slower than my usual time as I took it easy; didn’t want to strain myself at all. No pain but felt weird, likely something where shouldn’t be there was in my bottom ¬†– exactly as is the case. No blood and no urge to quickly need the bathroom as I had feared. Will be back out tomorrow.

Feel like I am coming back to my normal self. Great!
